Christopher Régimbal
Christopher Regimbal is an art historian and curator who lives in Ottawa. He has published and curated on the history of artist-run culture in London, including essays “Institutions of Regionalism: Artist Collectivism in London, Ontario, 1960–1990” in Institutions by Artists, volume 2, and “A Fire at the Embassy Hotel” in Fuse Magazine, and the exhibition Bruce Nauman: Audio/Video Piece for London, Ontario at the Forest City Gallery. He is a specialist in post-war art and has written about Agnes Martin, Eleanor Mackey, General Idea, Sol LeWitt, and Michael Fernandes. He is a Senior Exhibitions Manager at the National Gallery of Canada. He met Ron Benner and Jamelie Hassan in 2002 when he was a student at Western University.
